The successful Regional Vice President - Civilian drives a sales team (7-9) consisting of Directors Strategic Accounts and Account Executive sales reps to success by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs and is able to meet and beat their assigned revenue targets. The ideal candidate is located in the general Washington DC Area.
What you'll do:
Personally oversee and be the primary sales leader for Civilian accounts
Work with the Tanium Partner and Channel resources, develop and prepare an actionable strategic sales plan for each named regional account
Maintain awareness and status of all key regional contractual obligations, facilitating customer meetings and communications regarding deliverables where necessary
We're looking for someone with:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong presentation skills, both internally and externally required
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling to civilian agencies
5-10+ years of proven sales leadership with a reputable software interest preferred
Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment preferred
Proven history of exceptional quota attainment preferred
Knowledge and passion for reporting metrics and closing deals preferred
Fed Civilian sales experience with an actionable rolodex of decision makers preferred
Superb organizational skills preferred
'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance preferred
Prior startup experience, experience being one of the first salespeople into an organization preferred
