The Regional Vice President, based in Livermore, CA, is responsible for leading the sales and operations teams for Allied Universal Technology Services throughout the Northwest Region, which includes Northern California, Washington, and Oregon. The Vice President will manage the relationships between Allied Universal Technology Services and its external and internal stakeholders while driving the company culture, client and employee satisfaction, and financial targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, promote, and foster AUTS's vision, mission, core values, and growth strategy at all times and within all initiatives
Responsible for all aspects of the operations and business performance throughout the Northwest Region, including sales, operations, project management, installation, service and full P&L responsibility
Drive the strategic and tactical plan for the region, including the development and implementation of the operating plans and budgets to achieve the company strategy
Recruit, develop, motivate, coach, mentor, manage and direct reports
Create and implement processes and procedures to help manage the region in the areas of resource management, service delivery, project costing, and solution development
Proactively meet with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and the general health of AUTS's relationship
Work collaboratively with the Vice President of Sales and Sales Director to implement and drive sales strategy, sales tools (including forecasting), training and standards within the field sales team
Provide strategic and operational leadership; assess and minimize risk to company operations and growth
Work with Director of Sales to forecast on sales pipelines and projections
Ensure all requirements for timely completion of client projects are readily available by maintaining an effective inventory management system
Oversee the dispatch of service and installation technicians to perform work and ensure adequate follow-up to clients throughout various verticals, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, Government, ect.
Ensure understanding of all service and maintenance agreements to ensure all work orders fulfill contractual agreements
Create and manage efficient internal processes and project reporting, as well as lead the coordination with the purchasing team for supply status and scheduling
Manage subcontractor base by ensuring proper vetting as well as ensuring any issues are resolved
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in leadership roles with direct P&L oversight within a professional services delivery organization
Influencing skills and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities
Relationship-management skills and ability to influence at senior leadership and executive levels, both internally and externally
Leadership skills to build, inspire and retain top-performing teams
Demonstrated experience of building strong collaborative relationships with different stakeholder groups of varying levels, building trusted advisor relationships to navigate and influence demand, resolve conflicts, and deliver results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a critical thinker who can work through complex business issues and make decisions quickly; highly proficient at analyzing and leveraging historical data and market intelligence to drive strategic shifts at the broader business level
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; capable of managing multiple simultaneous initiatives, shifting competing priorities, and meeting deadlines
Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, leadership development, and lean/problem-solving capabilities
Articulate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a global, matrixed business structure
Possess both a results-oriented and tireless work ethic, - determined to meet and exceed targets and drive accountability throughout the region
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and/or WeSuite
Six Sigma certification
An advanced degree, such as an MBA
Experience in the development and analysis of a Request for Proposal (RPF's)
High-level technical understanding of products and solutions in the electronic space
BENEFITS:
Base salary range: $150,000 to $210,000, 35% annual bonus opportunity, auto package, equity units
