Summary

This position is a Work at Home (WAH) working around the Columbus area. The Duty Station will be the selectee's home address.
Applicants MUST RESIDE in the following counties/areas: FRANKLIN, DELAWARE, UNION, MADISON, CLARK, PICKAWAY COUNTIES in OHIO.
This position is responsible for researching, resolving, and clarifying any problems, as necessary. Provides training when required to staff, including on-site assistance as necessary.
Relocation will NOT be paid

Responsibilities

The individual selected for this position will:
Provide training when required to staff, including on-site assistance as necessary.
Provide technical and administrative guidance to managers of the Area Census Offices (ACO) in order to assure timely, orderly and efficient conduct of decennial pretests and Decennial.
Monitor the ACO recruiting operations by working closely with Census Partnership Specialists, Community Outreach and Media Partnership Specialists, maintaining contact with appropriate referral services in order to identify recruitment efforts and resolve recruitment and publicity problems.
Serve as a technical problem-solver/troubleshooter involving daily telephone contact and regular visits to assigned ACOs and assigned geographical areas.

EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 07 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: in addition to the grade 07 requirements, experience at this level may include assisting with the conduct of recruiting of applicants; experience making arrangements for training facilities; experience reviewing the work of office and field staff. Experience providing assistance in areas such as office automation, equipment and administrative operations as well as travel arrangements.

EDUCATION: Successful completion of two full years of graduate education or a master's degree.

EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 09 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes the requirements of the lower grades listed above as well as: experience monitoring and guiding aspects of an organization's recruitment efforts; experience monitoring costs and progress of projects; experience providing oversight to formal training and administrative programs as well as experience providing assistance to members of senior management team.

EDUCATION: Successful completion of three full years of graduate education or the Ph.D.

EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 11 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes everything at lower grades listed above as well as: experience providing oversight to data collection programs and projects; experience analyzing demographic data and information; experience providing quality control oversight for information collected in support of office operations. Finally experience providing administrative support and guidance to an organization's management team as well as field level staff.
EDUCATION: No substitution of education for experience is permitted at the GG-12 level.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary The Supplier Quality Assurance Regional Manager must effectively develop, execute and manage the Quality Assurance Department in accordance with Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures in order to assure that proper controls are instituted and maintained. Additional Main Responsibilities * Effectively manage/develop the AN department staff to conduct packaging projects to ensure that all operational, quality & compliance aspects meet planned dates. * Ensure department programs and quality system documents meet Corporate and Regulatory requirements to provide sufficient oversight to avoid regulatory vulnerability and regulatory action. * Support plant, engineering operations and purchasing groups globally to ensure that commodities are capable and can be processed within manufacturing without events. * Reviews performance of the department and personnel against approved objectives, budgets and plans, and takes necessary remedial actions. * Insures that required records and documents, including qualification packages, supplier inspections,, vendor performance, product complaints, product disposition, and regulatory inspections are maintained. * Manage the department operating model to support the program execution, performance monitoring and continuous improvement processes. * Execute the qualification of products to assure that Division programs and initiatives are met. * Provide operational support to ANSC global operations by conducting event management. * Utilize monitoring policies and procedures to assure that all products generated conform to predetermined Corporate/Division standards and specifications.
