Overview

We are seeking a Regional Site Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client's site.

Responsibilities

Regional Site Representatives (RSRs) have training and experience in a variety of services in order to fill-in for temporary staff vacancies due to illness, jury duty, vacations, corporate training or any other type of unexpected emergency. Responsible for various and diverse work assignments including but not limited to operating copy and bindery equipment, performing fulfillment duties, mail, shipping and receiving, switchboard, reception, and other related tasks.

The position requires working familiarity with all established procedures (workflow) and policies observed at each site. Copy/Print Production/Copy Center: Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests.

Reviews electronic file for print readiness, prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates and performs pre-delivery quality control check. Receives, logs, delivers and tracks all activity for reporting purposes. Responds to customer requests.

Performs routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.

Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.

Performs daily convenience care functions as needed.

Mail/Courier Services: Responsible for prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines and all classed of United States Postal Services mail. Tracks courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc). Researches and routes unidentified and generic mail.

Receives, logs, delivers and tracks messenger items. Responds to customer requests.

Performs routine upkeep of equipment.

Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have reliable transportation to cover sites in the Bay area, including San Francisco, Oakland, Red Wood City and San Jose.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Must have reliable transportation.
