How you can make a difference
Regional Sales Support team members are responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Directors, "cold calling" non-registered brokers from leads provided through existing carrier relationships, agent list, CE rosters, etc. Educate brokers on registration and employer enrollment. Perform sales demos, present sales presentations, and provide open enrollment support. Provide continued support and service for existing brokers.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to appropriately network with little direction. A strong preference will be given to those with specific health insurance or broker industry experience.
What you'll be doing
Support Regional Sales Directors
Enters and maintains as requested, accounts in salesforce.
Manage COBRA process, track records, backend implementation process
Support clients with completing COBRA requirements documents
Support sales reps with COBRA presentations and finalists' meetings regarding compliance and COBRA process
Providing training to sales support team members in COBRA process
" Handle inbound calls from potential clients inquiring about HealthEquity, Inc.
Support and service existing brokers
Perform sales demos and sales presentations
Participate in special projects as needed
In person meetings
Participate in Open Enrollment Meetings & Sales Conferences
What you will need to be successful
2-3 years of related work experience preferably with a background in telephone sales and/or insurance sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate, Microsoft Office an asset
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Excellent presentation skills
Adaptability to fast pace and evolving work environment
Travel 25-30% of time
