Regional Sales Rep, Hospice

Overview

As one of the nation's leading home health and hospice providers, Enhabit is searching for an experienced account executive to join our team as a Regional/Area Sales Manager. This role represents the branch in activities involving professional contacts with physicians, hospitals, facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and similar health groups and institutions, to apprise them of the availability of Medicare services. The ideal candidate will implement program and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services and serve as a public awareness representative and is responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing meetings with physicians, discharge planners and other applicable health professionals

• Implement enriching programs and protocols as provided by the company in order to provide higher quality client services

• Coordinate with physician offices and branches in obtaining physicians signature on orders and Medicare required addendums

• Participate in community education functions, such as public speaking to civic/church groups, to provide education on home health and/or hospice services

• Participate in in-service education and personnel training as it relates to branch services and programs, quality assurance, and community resources.

Qualifications

Previous home health or hospice sales experience is preferred, but talent and demonstrated sales performance is equally important.

• Must have a college degree, or at least one year of sales or business experience, or be a licensed nurse.

• Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

• Must be comfortable with making cold calls.

• Ability to execute presentations to physicians with confidence and composure.

• Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
