In today's complex regulatory environment tax and accounting professionals struggle to keep up with change. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about a career in sales. This position is focused on new business development and will be responsible for representing our on-premise and cloud based indirect tax products and solutions to potential clients. While working in an agile, visionary environment, you will be challenged with actively searching for leads, collaborating with partners and generating sales to help continue to develop the fastest growing portion of the Tax & Accounting business unit. This team is a reciprocal group that promotes creative thought and idea sharing. This is a field sales role serving the West Coast market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect to C-Level Corporate Tax Executives, presenting sophisticated cloud based and on-premise software solutions

  • Respond to Prospect RFIs and RFPs

  • Discuss the use of products, emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities

  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations

  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts within the sales division.

  • Utilize Salesforce.com, Hoovers, and other tools to develop leads

  • Negotiate sales contracts

Critical competencies for success:

  • You will lead a complex enterprise level solution sales process.

  • You have strong consultative sales expertise and negotiation.

  • You are technically savvy and demonstrate knowledge in the SaaS domain.

Basic qualifications:

  • Seven years sales experience in a quota carrying role

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions

  • Experience working with legal on contract terms and conditions

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Excellent phone, written and presentation skills

  • Validated success in achieving sales targets year over year

  • Experience developing and reporting on a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com, Act, or similar software

  • Experience in selling departmental or enterprise offerings into major corporations

  • Ability to function well in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively

Preferred Education/Experience/

Skills:
  • MBA, other business related advanced degrees or certifications

  • Expertise in selling tax or accounting workflow solutions

  • You are located in the Los Angeles/Orange County, San Francisco/San Jose

L'Oreal Travel Retail Americas – Regional Sales Executive L'Oreal operates in a unique distribution channel called Travel Retail covering POS such as Airports, Airlines, Cruise ships, border stores, downtown duty free stores. Travel Retail Americas is headquartered in Miami and we are currently seeking driven, passionate, and customer focused Regional Sales Executive to join the team. The position covers the West Coast region based out of Los Angeles. Job Profile: * 3-7 Years of Experience in retail/sales/management * Must be able to travel (70% of the time) * The position is full-time and may require occasional weekend commitments to oversee execution of events at the point of sale * Strong analytical skills and understanding of Excel * Curious, entrepreneurial, team player * Strong communication skills including presentation skills * Bachelor's, MBA a plus * Good understanding of beauty industry or similar industries * English a must (Spanish or Portuguese a major plus) The ideal candidate will thrive in a goal driven environment and be energized by interacting with people. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and act as the bridge between L'Oréal's marketing, commercial and finance departments. We rely on our Residents to gain insights into account dynamics to make decisions that affect market strategies. You will be responsible for your stores sales targets and you will ensure that corporate goals are achieved or exceeded. Residents manage Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers and Promoters in executing events to maximize daily sales goals, promotional activities, and new product launches. Residents should expect to spend 80% of their time in the field.
