Zycus is hiring Regional Software Sales Manager for East Coast. Candidate can be located in the NY/NJ within 1 hour drive from a major airport

Preferred experience in ERP, SaaS, P2P_ Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, financial software product sales.

Regional Software Sales Manager is an individual contributor's role, reporting to the Vice President Sales.

Candidates who are experienced in Software Sales, and are enthusiastic about technology, sales and new explorations, and are open to drive the role as per the parameters below, are invited to apply:

1. Identifying and closing sales opportunities with fortune 1000 companies in the Eastern region of the USA.

2. Implement aggressively approaching strategies to identify, qualify and close accounts across domain.

3. Should be able to meet the first year Sales quota (achieved through 5-6 New Logos).

4. Forecast accurately the sales closures based upon realistic opportunity assessments.

5. Coordinated team approach to work with an Inside sales team to maximize penetration into territory.


The role requires a self-driven individual who has a successful Enterprise Sales experience in respective quota region with,

  1. BS Degree and 8+ years experience in quota attainment required (please mention the same on your resume while applying)
  2. Excellent engagement and solution selling skills, probing skills, negotiating skills & networking skills
  3. Open to Travel
  4. Open to work from home / remote office / regional office
  5. A US Citizenship or Green Card

They are responsible for ensuring a consistent Charlotte Tilbury brand experience at point of sale that meets/exceeds company sales and service standards. This will be accomplished with leading on-boarding, seasonal trainings, new launch trainings, retail account trainings, in-store development, and special events. This role also manages a team of Area Trainers to do the same. The person ideal for this role must have a passion for being in store and working side by side to develop the teams. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Leads Territory Education Strategy and Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Works with the Head of Education &amp; Events &amp; East Coast Regional Sales Manager to determine seasonal territory objectives, priorities and goals (seasonal launches, new account openings, and special events).</li> <li>Communicates seasonal education plan to stores, and ensures strong follow up action plan to New Hire Trainings. Responds to and communicates training needs to field team. </li> <li>Provides on-going individual and group coaching to staff and Business Managers to ensure strong execution at point of sale and ongoing relationships with Charlotte Tilbury customers. </li> <li>Responsible for the management and development of assigned team of Field Trainers. </li> <li>Participates in writing and creating, education and events content as requested. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Manages Retail Training Administration and Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitors training needs of assigned market to plan and lead all New Hire Trainings. </li> <li>Works with the Head of Education and Events to plan and execute New Hire trainings that communicate art and commerce, brand DNA and drive both sales and artistry. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Responsible for educating retail accounts to improve sell through &amp; sales volume.</li> <li>Build strong relationship with vendors to ensure optimum brand partnership and awareness. </li> <li>Monitor sales impact as a result of training activities and programs. </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Events</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads events strategy to success in assigned territory through forward planning, communication &amp; partnership. </li> <li>Support and lead planned retail events such as speaking at Nordstrom Trend Shows, facilitation of Master Classes, and both new counter and store openings. </li> <li>Creates store specific action plans in partnership with the Account Executives in assigned region. </li> <li>Provides side by side leadership and motivation on the sales floor with all staff and management. </li> <li>Ensures strong sell through of all NPD through events while strongly leveraging all core products. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Budgets</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and do not exceed all applicable seasonal budgets as outlined in the T/E policy.</li> <li>Analyze spend vs budget (monthly, seasonally, yearly) for personal T&amp;E as well as direct reports. </li> <li>Complete and submit expense reports on time each month.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel</strong></p> <ul><li>This position does require travel including out of state travel as well as travel door to door to service all accounts. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Positions requires miminum 3-5 years’ experience in field education, management &amp; events. </strong> </li> <li>Advanced makeup artistry skills</li> <li>Advanced public speaking skills</li> <li> Creative sales driver with passion, energy and love of Charlotte Tilbury. </li> <li>Experience with multiple retailers specifically Nordstrom.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, including excellent written, oral and communication skills.</li> <li>Goals and results oriented attitude</li> <li>Ability to manage and lead high volume activity. </li> <li>Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office environment, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Healthcare benefits, Commuter Pre-Tax program, plus 401(K) employer match</li> <li> PTO Days accrued per calendar year</li> <li>Generous product discount</li> </ul> Charlotte Tilbury New York NY
