Territory

• West Coast & Western Canada

• Should reside in Fresno, CA, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington or Arizona for ease of travel. Responsible for managing multiple distributors within a region and achieving the region's financial and strategic goals. This role requires superior management skills and the ability to implement all programs as directed by management effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

• Works with the distribution sales team to prepare revenue objectives and goals for the assigned territories.

• Travel with distributors to understand the market needs; utilize voice of customer, market mapping, and other marketing techniques.

• Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and ensure compliance with all appropriate policies.

• Provide leadership to the distributor sales team; motivate and encourage the sales team to ensure quotas are met.

• Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of distributor sales managers/territory managers.

• Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies.

• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

• Maintain relationships with relevant trade associations.

• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

• Acts as company representative at trade meetings or shows.

Travel required

• 50 to 75% Territory is West Coast of US and Western part of Canada.
