We are searching for a highly motivated and impactful regional sales manager to provide strategic oversight across all business segments; including service, new equipment (construction), and modernization in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. This position is charged with ensuring all branch operations within the defined geographic area meet/exceed their sales plan and that we have the right sales talent in place today and for the future. The regional sales manager will partner with the branch management teams and sales managers to ensure that we deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring continued topline growth and customer retention and satisfaction.
Leading sales associates to meet or exceed individual branch sales plans and area performance including revenue, profit and working capital.
Identifying and sharing best sales practices within the defined geographic area and with peers nationally.
Developing and leading sales training initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Play an active role in talent acquisition externally and development internally to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
Developing, implementing and conducting new sales associate training programs.
Maintaining strong customer relationships and working closely with the branch and regional leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Manage regional sales associate and inside sales organization.
Assure that a safety culture is present and part of every associate's everyday work routine.
