About the Role : As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our roofing services. Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new sales leads Build and maintain relationships with clients Prepare and present proposals to potential customers Negotiate contracts and close deals Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Commercial Roofing Sales experience is a MUST Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills : Prior experience in commercial roofing sales Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques Proficiency in CRM software Pay range and compensation package : Very competitive salary based on experience, plus commission and benefits package.
