Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager for Kwik Bond, a Sika Company, will cover the Southeast region sales. Responsible for growing the product categories and achieving strategic business goals and objectives.

• Target new prospects in the bridge deck preservation, rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair for existing and new structures.

• Sell in all project delivery settings, including, design-bid-build, Design Build, PPP, DBFOM.

• Manage quotes, bid, purchase orders, submittals, and other documents required by the contractor, engineer, or owner.

• Review all drawings, specifications, bid, and contract documents.

• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and design consultations.

• Contribute to overall marketing and business development goals, including attending relevant conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or civil engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in a construction setting preferred.

• Knowledge, experience, and previous training in reinforced concrete design and State DOT structure projects is preferred.

• Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships.

• Existing relationships with civil designers, contractors, and DOT is a plus.

• This position requires working from a home office and frequent overnight travel within the territory.
