Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various sales techniques.
• Showcase the features and benefits of our pergolas to clients.
• Understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor living or home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Preference for HubSpot
• Passion for outdoor living and knowledge of pergolas is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is required.

Sales team members make a commission on their personal sales as determined by their adherence to the established sales cycle. Leads are provided, but bringing in additional outside business is highly desirable as well.
