  • Manage dealer network where applicable to include continued development of existing dealers as well as set new prospective dealers within territory. Develop programs for each dealer to assist their sales team to sell more parts. Review all purchased SKU's on a quarterly basis and look for opportunities to move competitive SKU's to GTP.

  • Develop appropriate sales targets and goals and report results during regular sales calls with management team.

  • Manage the dealer sales channel by working closely with dealer partners to align sales strategies for both OEM and aftermarket product lines to achieve territory sales goals. Train and mentor dealers outside and inside sales associates to reach dealer annual targets on OEM and Aftermarket parts.

  • Continually improve sales performance and make changes to hit plan target each month.

  • Communicate market trends, gather competitor intelligence and pricing info, and share with the organization.

  • Interact with Product Management and Product Development team to assist in translating Voice of the Customer into actionable product requests. Engage with customer personnel to investigate product applications to gain insight into opportunities for incremental revenue through value-add, product re-design, and new product development opportunities.

  • Provide market intel to Product Management on pricing for all new and existing product lines.

  • Work closely with the Customer Service Team on order entry and fulfillment and to quickly resolve any customer issues.

  • Report on warranty issues, order entry and accuracy, customer relationships, and technical field support.

  • Identify, forecast and track new and existing accounts in using SalesForce CRM software. Data mine SFDC to leverage customer base across the region to maximize sales

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage territory by scheduling travel and lodging within budget and in accordance with company's travel policies

  • Utilize and maintain company provided equipment

  • Participate in sales training, webinars and conference calls as required

  • Submit expense reports in accordance with company guidelines and in a timely manner

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • BS/BA in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years proven sales experience Waste Industry desired.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak publicly, negotiate and close the sale to all levels of management

  • Strong organizational skills with an attention for detail

  • Competency with CRM software, Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use of tablets and smartphones to manage sales activities and ability to leverage similar devices and software for presentations

  • Ability to work independently but able to work effectively in a team environment

  • Insurable driving record with appropriate background checks and drug screening prior to employment.

  • Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time. Employee must reside within the territory within 40 miles of a major airport.

The successful candidate will build and develop a sales opportunities in an assigned geography for the US, exhibit territory management skills, have demonstrated a strong understanding of and use of data and have documented solid performance in sales, and cross functional partnerships/influence capabilities. The incumbent will have the overall responsibility of meeting with clients, attending conferences, networking event generate RFP with the ultimate goal of converting opportunity to revenues. This position will require a strong ability to work independently in the field with a sophisticated Antibody Drug Conjugates customer base and coordinate with internal personnel to craft business solutions. Tracking and timely record keeping using a CRM is essential to meet corporate overall objectives. Specifically, the Business Development Associate is responsible for effectively working in their assigned geography to maximize awareness and sales results of promoted products. The Business Development Associate will engage key new opportunities with a well-defined space that align with our capabilities in Drug Discovery and Develop focused on ADC and Fill and Finish opportunities that align with our capabilities, These areas of responsibility will include High-Potency compounds, Imaging agents, Aseptic , Non-Aseptic as well as.
