Position overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing, coaching, developing, teaching, and training a group of HCM Major Market Account Executives to attain company revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coach the major market account executive team to meet revenue objectives

  • Guide and execute successful sales strategies within territory through team that will close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives

  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales team reporting

  • Accurately produce a weekly and monthly sales forecast

  • Utilize strong consultative selling skills and identify customer needs

  • Qualify and set strategies that align with our solutions

  • Develop and maintain a high technical competency for our software and solutions

  • Collaborate across all team members to provide valuable contributions and insights

  • Inspect Salesforce.com to ensure team is capturing and managing information regarding the sales process and clients

  • Monitor team's weekly performance and measure against month and quarterly objectives

  • Conduct one on one weekly meetings with each member of your team

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent for your sales team

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of managing a skilled and successful team

  • 2-5 years of experience in a quota-driven, B2B sales position, proven ability with sales prospecting and closing

  • HCM (Human Capital Management) or SaaS experience - required

  • Bachelor's Degree - preferred

  • Goal oriented and enjoys a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sales plan and presentation skills

Soft skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Friendly, can-do attitude

  • Strong listening skills to probe further into clients' needs and expectations

  • Ability to assist in the sales process whenever needed

Overview As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage and coordinate the sale of company products, services and solutions into the General Embedded/Industrial/Medical/Transportation/ market segments in the North Eastern USA ensuring target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Include: * Focusing sales efforts on the OEMs and manufacturers in the Industrial, medical, transportation and commercial industry. Expanding our existing customer base and penetrating new companies and similar market opportunities. * Establishing customer relationships and otherwise managing customer sales in this region. This will include managing customer expectations, account development and account management * Working as part of a team comprising Application Engineers and Technical Account Managers, analyze customer requirements, deliver product and services to meet customer needs and manage the sales cycle through to revenue recognition. * Coordinating all elements of the QNX Software Systems functional departments. This includes assisting in defining strategic marketing initiatives, liaising with R&D to communicate customer technical requirements and ensuring support commitments are fulfilled to deliver customer satisfaction. Desired Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience * Excellent communication skills * Comprehensive experience in sales or account management * Experience in technology product and service sales within the embedded real-time market * Experience selling software to OEM companies in General Embedded/Industrial/Medical/Transportation and Commercial markets * Experience in delivering customized solutions to embedded markets * Experience negotiating, managing and closing major accounts * Must be comfortable working in all sales media, including delivering presentations to customers and proposal writing.
