Regional Sales Manager

This position is available in Oklahoma or Arkansas. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electro-hydraulic systems market. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of custom solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or engineering within the hydraulics industry. Strong understanding of electro-hydraulic systems, components, and applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
