As a Lobel Financial Regional Sales Manager, you will have an amazing opportunity to lead a diverse and dynamic group of area sales managers aka Business Development Associates, dedicated to expanding Lobel Financials' footprint among automotive dealers in the Eastern United States.

In this exciting role, you will manage a team of 8-12 BDA's across multiple states who are committed to scaling the organization and building on our 40+ years of exceptional dealer partnerships. In this role you will foster an environment of excellence and sound business practices while coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders in automotive finance.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary management and oversight to business development associates by ensuring that Lobel Financials' Sales Protocol is followed and business results are achieved.

  • Responsible for in the field sales coaching of a high performing sales team, to meet and exceed critical performance objectives.

  • Responsible to collaborate with executive leadership to coordinate activities that promote maximum efficiency in production.

  • Must possess a well-developed capacity to analyze and optimize territories under your area of responsibility.

  • Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with other leaders on projects, initiatives, and corporate directives, meeting deadlines flawlessly.

  • Must have a knack for achieving results and an eye for operational excellence.

  • Must have unique ability to engage directly with key decision makers to obtain desired outcomes assigned to the region.

  • Must provide oversight for policy and procedure adherence.

  • Must have the ability to travel up to 70% of the time or more based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification.

  • College Degree Preferred.

  • At least 4 years of continuous experience managing sales teams or associates in the financial services industry.

  • 5+ years of experience managing field sales teams soliciting business from automotive dealers.

  • Must live in the Eastern United States, or be willing to re-locate at your own expense.
