Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth and lead a network of independent sales representatives. In this role, you’ll manage key customer relationships across industries like Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Municipalities, providing technical expertise and ensuring the adoption of our innovative products. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Strategy: Achieve sales targets by managing a regional sales strategy and leading independent sales reps. Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with key customers and ensure our products exceed their needs. Technical Support: Act as a product expert for customers and sales reps, tailoring solutions to meet unique technical requirements. Training & Enablement: Develop sales tools and provide training to reps, ensuring consistent and effective messaging. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends with competitive analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred. 7–10 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in safety or monitoring equipment. Proven ability to manage sales reps, achieve growth targets, and build customer relationships. Technical expertise in industrial applications, including water, wastewater, oil & gas, and chemicals.
