Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in their assigned regions by developing and executing the overall strategy, leading, and developing their team, and nurturing internal relationships.

Location: California

Potential Earnings: $145,000 - $165,000 + 25% bonus plan

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for the West Coast

• Leads and manages the execution of direct, Rep, and distributor annual sales targets for their assigned regions.

• Lead and develop direct reports as well as the next generation of RSM's.

• Execute the growth strategy in their region as set by the VP of Sales & Marketing

• Willingness to travel 30-50%

Requirements

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of actual high-performance sales management

• Sales management experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries.

• Experience with multi-channel sales approaches

• Technical undergraduate degree
