JOB SUMMARY: Lead (or assist senior sales leaders) in setting sales strategy, goals, and process improvements. Responsible for management of sales teams. Meet or exceed all established sales goals while ensuring company processes are followed and customer service standards are achieved. Provide oversight to recruit, train, retain and develop talented sales representatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Four Year College Degree Preferred
Valid Real Estate Sales License or Real Estate Broker License in specific states
Experience
Manager
3+ years proven sales experience.
Prior management experience preferred.
Home building or related industry preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Action oriented, with the drive to push sales and marketing efforts to successful closure.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities including motivating teams, employee development, conflict management, and being results oriented.
Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships.
Understands market and industry trends.
Proven ability of being customer centric by seeking solutions from the customer's perspective.
Strong experience in delivering high quality customer service programs. JDP experience a plus!
Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively.
Proven ability to lead and execute effective training sessions or conduct strong oral presentations.
Strong ability to work within a team-setting, inclusive of other's ideas, and a willingness to cooperate.
Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. C3 or database experience a plus!
Work Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays
Travel required 50% of time
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Manager of Sales Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 per year depending on experience, paid semi-monthly.
Bonus: Positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus paid quarterly.
