Who we are looking for:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will support one or more outside Regional Sales Directors to work leads in a multi-state territory to increase the sales effectiveness in the given territory.
The ISR will be on the frontline to handle inbound leads with urgency and professionalism, with a goal of qualifying the prospect and moving them forward in the sales cycle. This role is a critical component of the sales success of each territory. The ISR will need to be capable of taking prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle, including discovery and initial product demonstration. The ISR will also responsible for calling/emailing HHP organizations to generate interest, nurture contacts and qualify opportunities.
What you'll do:
Qualify inbound leads of marketing campaigns
Take prospect through early stages of sale cycle with a goal of setting up a product demonstration
NURTURE & LEAD GENERATION (25%)
Identify, prioritize, follow up and nurture contacts and targets
Utilize internal resources to develop leads and target accounts
Conduct calling/emailing campaigns to uncover and qualify leads through outbound efforts
SUPPORT RSD (25%)
Act as RSD when RSD is absent
Support Regional Sales Directors during ongoing sales cycles in areas such as contract preparation, ongoing communication, scheduling, demos, meetings, logistics, sales materials, etc.
SALES COORDINATION (10%)
ISR will act as a liaison between the sales team and marketing to help improve the quantity/quality of leads
Document activities in SalesForce.com (the Customer Relationship Management
Strong communications skills - written/oral/calling experience
Proven track record of success in an inside sales, telemarketing or market development role
Ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
Ability to be assertive and persuasive on calls/with email communications, without being aggressive
Ability to handle rejection during calls
Ability to learn quickly and think/react quickly during calls
Process oriented, yet flexible concerning calling/campaign response priorities
Confident, persuasive and clear communicator able to make well-reasoned recommendations to all levels of the organization, from peers to executive leadership
Excellent time management skills
Ability to travel as necessary to achieve results
Excellence in discussion of product and media presentations (webinars, video conferencing, etc.)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
About your experience:
Minimum 2 years of software services sales experience
Home Health / Hospice experience is a plus
Salesforce.com experience or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform
Proven track record of quota achievement
Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery business models and technologies
