Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reports to: VP of Sales

As a Regional Sales Manager with Hoffman Hydronics, you will:
Direct and support a team of sales engineers to ensure peak performance.
Design, implement and consistently monitor Sales Goals.
Conduct performance reviews and monitor performance management plans.
Routinely hold the team accountable for sales activities.
Determine customer and activity priorities.
Periodically review customer account assignments.
Provide market feedback to management and to vendors.
Participate in sales calls.
Provide training and guidance to the inside & outside sales team.
Coordinate strategic sales initiatives with other sales leaders.
Develop and manage relationships with select key GC's, developers, owners, and architects.
Help maintain vendor relationships and coordinate branch office visits.
Ensure each sales engineer is in the best possible position to be successful.
Maintain proper staffing levels for the territory.
Manage all human resources activities.
