Work with other passionate, purposeful and customer-centric people.Requirements:You have an active NMLS loan originator license

Have a minimum of 3 years in residential mortgage as a loan origination

Proven track record generating organic referrals from your network, that result in closings

Preferred Qualifications:Experience working autonomously

Desire to grow in an entrepreneurial environment
