Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be leading and supervising a sales team to reach per-branch targets and profitability goals. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, managing sales staff, and working with customers to be able to create revenue growth. The Regional Sales Manager will be identifying new customers, working with current customers, and working with other company departments to create a sales environment that reaches goal.

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage sales team for high performance and results
Identify in all markets, new revenue opportunities, expanding the current customer base
Analyze sales data, creating reports showing market trends and sales staff performance
Provide training and support to sales team to increase their skills and success
Need to travel as required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of sales management.
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment
Highly organized, strong analytical skills, and ability to use business key metrics
Base salary: 70-80k
