As our Regional Sales Manager located in McKinney, TX you will be responsible driving sales in your respective region, working with Distributors, Reps, and OEM accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree required in addition to relevant industry experience.
5+ years' experience in valve/actuator or regulator products.
2+ years' experience in direct and/or distributor sales, business development or marketing of technical industrial products.
Successful track record of working with a team to achieve consistent sales growth.
High level of integrity.
Capable of building trust with others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Able to travel overnight 50% of time, or as required.
Position will work out of the world headquarters building located in McKinney, TX or in assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in the Natural Gas or Process Industries is preferred.
Prior experience working at Emerson.
