Position: Regional Sales Manager Business Unit: Crane Merchandising Systems
Segment: Vending Location(s): Remote office in assigned territory
Reports To: VP Sales North America Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities and Measurement Methods:
Responsible for driving sales through all channels and key accounts achieving assigned sales and revenue budgets for the full Crane product portfolio created for the vending market.
Measurement: Annual Plan by Account, SFDC metrics
Responsible developing & implementing account strategies for key full line operator and regional distribution accounts within an assigned and specific area, and for the implementation of all company Sales and Marketing strategies for an assigned area, all designed to build strategic short and long term customer relationships.
Measurement: Territory Plans, SFDC reports, Distributor Business Reviews
Responsible for assisting the Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts (DSSA) with sales and service presentations that are capable of communicating an overall view of Company products, creative services, and new technology advancement as part of the account strategies as developed by the DSSA for the region.
Measurement: SFDC reports
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the customer Sales Force records, including the full range of Sales Excellence processes: weekly funnel management, territory plan management, implementation of standard work practices, Miller Heiman tools, and the coordination of Territory Team activities.

Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for working with VP Sales and various functional Directors on the implementation and execution in the field of customer specific sales, marketing and service programs.
Responsible for all sales presentations to all customers within the assigned territory and communicating an overall view of Company products, creative services, and new technology advancement.
Responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of creative service leadership, project and business management and problem solving capabilities. This includes the expedient internal solution of customer concerns in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsible for managing regional distributors and cultivating that channel to achieve growth objectives, maximize customer service experience for Company's small & medium operators.
Responsible for the maintenance of existing business and the development of new and sustaining business.
Responsible for implementing all Company Operating Procedures and Policies throughout the manager's assigned area.
Responsible for annual and periodical sales forecasting and budgeting for all accounts within an assigned and specific area.
Responsible for reporting on a weekly basis all key business activities performed on a daily basis.
Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction on the execution of all support functions.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Related experience within the industry or a supplier related industry.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment which requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
Willing to travel.
