Develop the sales and channel strategy for the region in conjunction with the Director of Construction Equipment Sales.
Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand sales revenue and market share within assigned territory.
Identify new opportunities, new segments, product enhancements.
Responsible for identifying, soliciting and selling our direct services in the Construction Sales vertical.
Understanding specific market requirements in the market; acting as the subject matter expert on Teletrac Navman products & services; actively pursuing direct opportunities.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and/or web-based presentations to demonstrate products and services utilizing both ROI and consulting sales processes.
Manage the order process from contract through provisioning stages.
Responsible for customer service to major customers and Sales channels.
Regional Sales forecasting and understanding the market requirements in the region.
Achieve quarterly/annual sales goal by consistently meeting monthly unit sales quotas.
Launch new products/services/updates into assigned territory as required.
Act as Champion for region while utilizing "Best Practices" to ensure customer satisfaction through sound and ethical selling practices.
Engage in local and regional associations as warranted and support similar efforts on a national scope.
Provide input to product development and marketing.
Ensure ALL opportunities and forecast data is entered into Salesforce in a timely manner.
