The Regional Sales Manager has a pivotal role responsible for driving the company's growth in Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain client relationships, devise regional sales strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded by increasing sales through existing customers, and onboarding new ones. What You’ll Do:
Direct Regional sales initiatives. Identifying prospects and onboarding new dealers/wholesalers to achieve revenue growth. Collaborate with VP, of Sales & Marketing on devising and implementing sales strategies.
Spearhead aggressive prospecting plans to uncover new sales opportunities. Generate leads via personal research and networking efforts. Build strategies to achieve Regional sales goals, ensuring consistent success.

Proficiency in CRM tools, preferred experience in Power BI and Salesforce. Comprehensive understanding of MS Office. Must be open to traveling for customer sales meetings, trade shows, and product demos.
Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Ideal candidate would have 2 years’ experience as an outside sales team member in the garage door industry or building materials sector. Work environment:
Work is performed remotely or onsite at customer locations, with frequent calls and online meetings. Duties may involve extended sitting during air travel or driving. The work environment typically has low to moderate noise levels.
