Duties and Responsibilities
Coach Territory Managers on individual selling and leadership skills by utilizing the current tools in place with a focus on the OKR process
Assist with developing OKRs for the sales team, focusing on individual strengths and using them to build more sales opportunities in the field
Working in the field with Territory Managers to maximize sales for our key vendor partners through distribution and direct selling opportunities
Assist with the recruiting for all Territory Managers positions
Oversee new hire training, onboarding programs, assist with product trainings and clearly defined field responsibilities for all Territory Manager Positions
Establishes and maintains relationships with current customers to ensure expectations are being met
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and sales events
Through partnership with the National Director of Sales, set the objectives for each Territory Manager, conduct monthly conversations either 1:1 or in a team setting to ensure all understand objectives, OKRs and team is meeting those expectations
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
Assigns sales territory to sales representatives/Territory Managers and continuously analyze to ensure each territory is aligned with overall company business OKR's
Attend Sales Events/Distributors Sales Shows in support of team/Territory Managers
Supervision of Employees
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience
Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience.
