Job Overview

Overall management of DPS International Business, both Warehouse Direct (WD) and Beverage Concentrate (BC) in key CALA markets.Objective is to create and execute annual operating plans for specific markets while fostering company culture among direct reports . Key areas of focus include: distributor management, identifying new market opportunities for DPS international portfolio, negotiating distribution agreements.


  • Execute new business development within new and existing CALA markets in question

  • Create and execute annual operating plans for relevant CALA markets.

  • Assess markets and make recommendations to CALA Director of Sales to create long range sales plans. Strategically identify and evaluate current & future RTM opportunities.

  • Work closely with marketing, business development and finance departments to drive annual operating plan elements.

  • Administer Trade/Coop funds used to drive annual operating plan execution. Ensure receivables.

  • Minimize variations between actual and forecast volumes and revenue. Update monthly forecasts in a timely manner.


  • Superior negotiation skills.

  • Outstanding account management track record substantiated by sales successes.

  • Proven analytical experience and strength with numbers.

  • Action oriented self-starter.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to adapt to different cultures.


  • Bachelor degree for an accredited institution. MBA could be beneficial in this role.

  • 5+ years of experience CPG industry experience in a sales capacity.

  • 3 years of experience working on FMCG in Caribbean and Latin America areas.

  • Spanish fluency, written and verbal.

Serves as the primary liaison between CCHS and independent member network Summary of Responsibilities Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Execution * Continuously monitors network financials, service delivery, and coverage for assigned territories. * Documents strategic plans to continuously improve metrics related to territory financials and/or service delivery. * Executes and monitors plans to achieve favorable business results. Relationship Building and Service Provider Development * Regularly contacts territory service providers with the intention of promoting the business relationship. * Leverages available reporting suite and audits aggregates of claims to identify targets for improvement. * Delivers regular feedback to impactful service providers. * Remains abreast to the latest industry best practices. * Acts as a liaison between CCHS and assigned service providers. * Facilitates claim resolution. * Assists with claims escalations. Service Provider Integration * Evaluates Service Provider Membership Application to ensure compliance. * Analyzes and promotes coverage areas which provide financial, service delivery, or coverage improvements. * Establishes point of contact between service provider and CCHS. * Solicits and shares expectations related to network membership. * Prepares providers for seamless interactions with various internal business units and systems. Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma and AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 3 - 5 years previous management experience with an emphasis on business to business relations. * 3 - 5 years leading in a coaching and development environment. Desired Qualifications * 4-year degree and/or certification/licensing in a commercial/residential service trade. * Aptitude of parts and components within residential HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical systems including price points. * Experience with strategic planning to produce favorable business results. Essential Skills * Ability to review large amounts of data and deduce logical conclusions. * Ability to perform effectively under conditions of variable workload/ priorities. * Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. * Ability to read, understand and summarize contract verbiage such as service provider or home warranty agreements. * Basic PC knowledge, internet usage including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
