We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Construction Systems Buildings & Restoration sector business, reporting to the National Sales Director US Commercial.

You will be responsible for the development and sales organizations within the United States to achieve sales, margin, and profit objectives (TX, OK, KS, SD, ND, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, WI, IL). You will maintain and collaborate with leaders of other functions to achieve the corporation goals. Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Develop, maintain and continuously improve your business plan to execute the strategy for the Building Sector. Deliver growth and defined profitability for the Building Sector business in your Region.

Directly manage, lead and review the performance of your sales team as it relates to meeting budgetary goals, growth initiatives, innovation projects, and customer targets. Establish and track sales targets and maintain relationships with top strategic customers. Maintain direct contact with all major customers.

Implement and manage the Integrated Customer Strategy initiatives as they apply to the Building Sector business. Provide a continuous overview of business results, market trends, competitive challenges and economic indicators that will affect the performance of your market area and the company. Interface with all departments within BASF Construction Systems to continuously improve business processes and resolve issues of service, product availability and product quality for customers.

Industry Sector Manager, Buildings (1805400) – Shakopee, MN Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for the Sector development within the United States and Canada to achieve sales, margin and profit objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders of other functions to achieve the corporation goals and directly manage, lead and review the performance of new business development and closely partner with marketing functions of the business as it relates to meeting budgetary goals, growth initiatives, innovation projects and customer targets. You will also establish and track sales activities and maintain relationships with top strategic customers. Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Leveraging your education and experience in Marketing, you will develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve strategy and execution to deliver growth and defined profitability as well as establish the competitive differentiation and go-to-market approach for the Buildings & Restoration business. Your proven leadership experience will be essential as you indirectly manage, lead and review the performance of the sales in collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers.
