This role requires effective individual sales, people growth and management from the outset and throughout. As you will be representing a new to market brand you will need to be a self-starter, antifragile and possess high levels of self-motivation coupled with the desire to be successful.

A new brand into the USA is looking to build on its high growth trends in parallel European and Canadian markets. Market penetration, organization growth and competitor displacement of this magnitude have not been accomplished by any other brand in the markets we have chosen to enter. This is a leadership role with responsibility for driving sales by building, managing and maintaining a team who can deliver a strong sales performance, exemplary service, business development and marketing of the companys products and services. There will be a strong focus on high value contribution within the sales force who will be responsible for delivering market leading business development and account partnerships. This role reports into the US Director of Sales. From the outset and throughout there will be the need for you to build your own territory, sales funnel and manage and grow the regional team, leading them to meet and exceed targets.

The primary objectives will be to enable the Company to grow its market share, brand awareness, revenue, and profitability consistent with our strategic business goals. Brand positioning solely within the Physician Dispensed channel is mission critical. As the regional sales manager you will inspire, motivate others whilst also leading by example in actively selling and acquiring new partnerships.

  • Drive the team to develop a large pipeline of business and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts to achieve a monthly regional sale targets
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Master and become a superuser and developer of our CRM and Sales Playbook
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales
  • Impactful communication of our unique business model
  • Strong focus on driving and delivering best in market education to all partners ensuring retention and reorder targets are met and exceeded
  • Ensure all accounts receive a deep immersive experience and value rich ongoing customer journey, which includes the delivery of industry leading education and aftercare.
  • Develop and nurture new sales opportunities on behalf of AlumierMD
  • Drive team-based initiatives and reward your team accordingly
  • Requirements

    • Demonstrable Sales and Sales Management experience of at least 5 years in the medical aesthetics space
    • Experience of building high performance teams
    • Experience coaching and mentoring employees to enable learning and development to leverage the unique skills and abilities each individual can offer
    • Have authentic existing relationships with respected physician market Key Opinion Leaders across the USA that we can align with our brand
    • Have authentic existing relationships with respected members of other high quality, physician targeted, non-competing complementary medical device, capital equipment and other aesthetic-related categories; have history of tangible, mutually beneficial partnerships
    • Have acute understanding of the competitor landscape and how to translate the companys USPs into a loyal following in the marketplace
    • Experience taking on challenges and dealing with difficult situations
    • Capacity to work in a complex, highly entrepreneurial environment
    • Should believe in team work and effectively interact with customers and employees
    • Excellent understanding of the industry, the competitive landscape and its role in its customer marketplace
    • Exemplary negotiation and influencing skills
    • Ability to develop, deliver and execute on plans to successful outcome
