Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air aftermarket sales and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
This position requires up to 50% travel (Cleveland, Toledo, and Pittsburgh area)
Drive revenue by achieving sales targets through market analysis, forecasting, and lead management.
Strengthen client base by building relationships, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Coordinate with sales, service and engineering teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Collaborate with manufacturers to increase product line revenue.
Conduct sales visits and demonstrations to expand our market presence.
Pursue utility service opportunities with business units.
Develop and execute sales plan for an emerging market for mid-sized factories
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compressed air aftermarket sales
Proven track record of success in managing a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
