Partner with the best

You will take ownership of and represent Baker Hughes within Pipeline In-Line Inspection. Leveraging your market and customer knowledge, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as a customer ambassador, you will contribute innovative insights that generate new sales opportunities and maximize existing ones.

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team selling in-line inspection services within the United States.

• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environment where they will be used.

• Managing complex sales processes involving many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

• Analyzing and adapting sales processes to client conditions, considering technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects.

• Handling important clients for our services.

• Engaging in medium-large sales within the department.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by managing a team selling in-line inspection services

• Have a background in in-line inspection, or alternatively, have experience in technical sales or engineering.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Possess a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
