Were seeking a strong enterprise sales leader for our Western US region, one who will build on the existing Enterprise team and lead the organization forward to achieve further goals and successes.
You will play a crucial role in building an inclusive and highly motivated team across the region. Responsibilities Leading a team of 6 Enterprise Sales Executives.
Creating and executing on plan to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Driving a culture of pipeline generation via personal activity, channels, and internal resources. Coaching team members on customer calls, providing feedback, and adding value to those conversations.
Participating in the wider Nextworld sales leadership enablement initiatives. Drive accurate team forecasting practice in line with management expectations. Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree. 2 years of experience in sales leadership/management & experience working with complex Enterprise organizations (cross-industry). 5 years as an individual contributor in SaaS Subscription sales. Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
Leader and self-motivated. Understands & uses MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool. Proven hands-on experience coaching Pipeline Generation (PG) activities as well as having accomplished them as an individual contributor.
Willingness to travel as needed (25-50% typically). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Cloud ERP and/or No-Code software market. Experienced in the supply chain, distribution, procurement, manufacturing, or inventory-dependent services industries.
