PagerDuty empowers teams of all kinds to do the critical work that moves business forward through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. PagerDuty is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Growth Sales team.
In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales. As a Regional Director, you will be focused on recruitment, enablement, and execution for the Enterprise Sales team. You will drive revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering customer success of the Enterprise business (Global 2000 / $500M Revenue). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving customer acquisition, and exceeding revenue targets.
You will bring with you meaningful software industry experience in any of the following: modern SaaS, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team performance.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the Enterprise segment (Global 2000 / $500M Revenue). Formulate and execute a regional business plan to exceed plan and drive customer success. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
