Our client company specializing in residential and commercial solar installations. They have installed over 3 million watts of PV Systems ranging from small residential to large utility solar development projects.


They are currently experiencing hyper growth and is searching for a Regional Sales Director.In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales for the entire state of New Mexico. You will manage, staff, train and oversee its salespeople and activities ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

  • Ensure adequate recruiting/staffing levels and bring top sales talent on board;
  • Train incoming recruits on the ins and outs of giving consultative in-home sales presentations, as well as generating via door-to-door canvassing;
    Ensure that knowledge and productivity metrics for incoming solar consultants are met and exceeded;
  • Motivate, inspire and manage a team of sales managers and consultants, ensuring that best practices in leadership and sales management are adhered to, and ultimately, that sales results follow;
  • Manage the book of new customers through to installation, actively addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that incoming business is retained.
  • Lead by example, showcasing demonstrated skills in both lead generation and closing techniques.


  • 3+ years of in-home selling and solar sales experience with 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated acumen of recruiting, training and managing top sales people;
  • A substantial history of personal sales target attainment;
  • A strong desire to take advantage of unlimited earning potential through building a best-in-class sales team.
  • Highly proficient at inspiring sales people to action, at driving sales person results, and fostering loyal relationships with direct reports.
  • Highly capable of strategic thinking and driving excellence through action.
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed

At Perfect Teeth we are here to support providers, and one of the top priorities of the Regional Director is to see that the staff make it easy and rewarding for the doctors every day. Ultimately the Regional Director’s goal is to improve the financial health of the dental practices by utilizing the KPI's and recruiting and developing the best talent. The Regional Director must understand how to read, explain and manage the P&amp;L statements for an office providing specific coaching to the Operations Manager to manage variable expenses. As an expert in all Perfect Teeth systems, the Regional Director will be able to identify issues within a practice by monitoring key reports and then coach and train staff in the office to correct the situation. Additionally, the Regional Director will be responsible for the condition and presentation of the dental offices with it being at all times “COO Visit” ready and in compliance with all health and safety laws.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><li> Operational Responsibilities</li><p>o Establish a weekly visit schedule to offices (11 in total) to review operational strengths and coach on operational</p><p>weaknesses with the Operations Managers and front desk team. On average, the Regional Director will visit each office twice a month</p><p>o Consistently review providers’ schedules and the KPI’s to identify weaknesses and opportunities for</p><p>improvement within each individual office and compliance to Perfect Teeth protocols</p><p>o Attend AM/PM Meetings during visits (be present for opening and/closing) providing feedback relative to the</p><p>Perfect Teeth standard on these meetings</p><p>o Ensure the Operations Manager is communicating with headquarters via appropriate channels any operational issues (i.e. IT/</p><p>facility tickets, payroll problems) and will work directly with Operations Manager/headquarters to bridge any gaps</p><p>o Act as a liaison for the providers to the Clinical Directors and relaying any clinical, operational or other issue</p><p>the providers may have</p><p>o Actively participate between headquarters and offices a minimum of 50 hours weekly</p><p><br></p><li> Customer Service Responsibilities:</li><p>o Trains Operations Managers on Perfect Teeth's customer service principles to help ensure patient flow</p><p>o Performs facility reviews to ensure each office is compliant with all OSHA and healthcare laws and follows the</p><p>Perfect Teeth office standard for appearance</p><p><br></p><li> Financial Responsibilities:</li><p>o Understand how to read, explain and manage the P&amp;L statements for an office providing specific coaching to</p><p>the Operations Manager to manage variable expenses</p><p>o Ensure the Operations Manager is compliant with financial policies including invoice approval and submission, daily deposit of</p><p>cash, daily processing of credit card batches and monthly submission of deposit back-up to the PSC</p><p>o Management and Employee Development Responsibilities:</p><p>o Hold a monthly regional meeting with all Operations Managers to 1.) deliver updates and general information on Perfect Teeth</p><p>initiatives, 2.) deliver training on operational processes and procedures and 3.) review of office best practices</p><p>o Assist the Operations Managers in providing structure to their team’s day to ensure key priorities are addressed, and the team</p><p>is disciplined in focusing on the KPI’s</p><p>o Delegate responsibility to the Operations Manager for hiring staff and work with them to see that the teams are continuously</p><p>becoming more effective</p><p>o Consistently provide performance feedback and coaching feedback, as necessary, to its Operation Managers in a timely,</p><p>documented manner</p><p>o Ensures their Operations Managers are selecting and retaining the best talent within the office who work at a high level with</p><p>great care and respect for our providers, our doctors, our fellow employees and our policies</p><p>o Attends monthly meetings as requested by the COO</p><p><br></p><li> Compliance Responsibilities:</li><p>o Thoroughly inspect the office with the Operations Managers during each visit to ensure it is “COO Visit” ready.
