Jack Henry & Associates is currently looking for a Regional Sales Director to manage our Mid-States territory. The Regional Sales Director collaborates with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for their region.

In this role, you will be managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals. This will be done by developing specific plans to ensure growth, both long and short-term, and coaching your sales team on strategies for effective selling while reinforcing a high ethical standard.

This role will be required to sit within or against our Mid-States territory which stretches from Michigan down through Louisiana.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services industry.

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

  • Travel required - 50%.

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Complex software and services sales strategy experience.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, forecasting and P/L tracking.

  • Public speaking skills.

  • Wide latitude for independent judgment.

  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • 30% - Develop and travel with the Sales Executives on a regular basis.
  • 30% - Develop strategies for attainment of sales goals for new core opportunities.
  • 15% - Assist Sales Executives with all contract related duties.
  • 10% - Participate in consultant meetings.
  • 10% - Participate in senior sales management policy and planning meetings.
  • 5% - Manage budget (income and expense) requirements.

When you work for Pulse8, you get the advantages and benefits of working with a large, public company with the innovative culture and direction and of a small, nimble company. https://www.pulse8.com/ Responsibilities Position Description The Regional Sales Director will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales Strategy, Sales Coordinators, and Marketing team to:• Identify and pursue sales leads; and build relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customers• Own the sales process from initial contact through information gathering, proposal, product demonstration, and contracting to close• Report sales activity to the Sales and Leadership Teams• Work closely with the Product Teams to design and build products that meet the current and anticipated demands of the market• Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Team to capitalize on expansion opportunities with existing customers• Support the Marketing and Branding team as the "voice of the customer" helping to develop and continuously improve our sales collateral and presentation materials• Follow-up on product- or market-specific sales campaigns• Attend Risk Adjustment, Quality Management, ACO, and other related industry conferences with the express purpose of generating leads through those networking opportunities Qualifications Academic & Professional Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Statistics, or Actuarial Science. Extensive, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements * Advanced degree, preferred Experience * 3+ years' experience in the payer space, ideally in risk adjustment and/or quality, with demonstrated sales success and ascending account responsibilities * Deep knowledge and first-hand experience with risk adjustment models, including ACA, Medicare Advantage, NextGen ACO and Medicaid * Proven track record of success with complex, lengthy sales cycles Travel Requirements * Up to 75% overnight, out-of-town travel required Working arrangements * Remote office location Pulse8 is a Veradigm business and a subsidiary of Allscripts.
