Compass Group has a Regional Sales Director opportunity available in the Northeast market. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for ensuring profitable market growth through the procurement of new accounts within Healthcare Technology as an individual contributor. This professional top-performer will be an organized self-starter who is able to work independently. Candidate must be based in or near a major metro city in the Northeast.
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Consistently exceed sales quotas
Cold calling, prospecting and discipline to develop markets
Strong time management and territory development skills (multi-task ability)
Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication/presentation skills
Desire a candidate that loves the hunt, likes challenges and can develop strategic custom solutions for our clients!
Interested candidates should have a BA or equivalent experience
A minimum of five years successful outside sales experience, selling to Corporate Business and Industry Retail markets.
Previous sales experience selling medical technology services, must have experience in Healthcare
Not necessary for previous clinical engineering or medical technology experience willing to train!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Motivated with the desire to earn over $100K
This position entails 75% travel within the territory
