Title: Regional Sales Director, Enterprise Accounts

The role of Regional Sales Director, combines account team leadership with business growth, leveraging both to deliver results for our clients. Responsible for complex, strategic enterprise accounts, you will focus on client satisfaction and alignment with our clients and their business outcomes. You will be selling solutions in the Enterprise marketplace. This is an individual contributor role with an annual quota. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders globally across Sales, Program Management, Sales Development, Product, Support and Marketing to optimize the customer experience and business growth.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will provide account leadership, account planning, executive alignment, and be responsible for the overall growth of your territory. Regional Sales Directors may have some existing customers, but a large percentage of time will be dedicated to developing identified target accounts.

We would like for you to have existing knowledge of the territory and have established executive "C" level relationships. Leveraging your knowledge and relationships should result in developing a strong account plan that will result in expanding our reach and growth in each account.

Focus Areas:

  • Increase growth percentage in each account to achieve yearly revenue targets

  • Deepen understanding of client business needs and align them with our solution areas

  • Provide team leadership and coordination across accounts and territory

Career History:

  • Successful track record of experience closing deals for ERP, IoT, managed services, or large projects with significant offshore delivery elements. You will also know how to effectively leverage offshore resources as part of your sold solutions

  • 10 plus experience of enterprise account management with a strong consultative selling background

  • The ability to lead dynamic sales and presales teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. MBA preferred

  • 10 plus years of experience in solutions sales at the Fortune 1000 level

  • 10 plus years of experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform-as-a-Service (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) market

  • Experience as an Outside Salesperson with software solutions

  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

  • Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines

Travel:

  • Regular and expeditious travel throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables

The RMD is responsible for improving the quality and efficiency of medical care in his/her market(s) and leading the provider network, both contracted, and employed, where applicable. The Regional Medical Director is also responsible for mentoring, guiding and directing all assigned market Medical Directors in their leadership development. Primary Responsibilities: * Together with the Market President, oversees and manages the Market Leadership team and ensures assigned market deliverables are implemented in an effective and timely manner * Develops and maintain a collegial relationship with physicians, both employed and contracted to support the business efforts of the organization * Implement market specific initiatives and ensures that processes and procedures are aligned with the business model * Drives improvement of quality indicators in assigned market by identifying, directing, and executing continuous quality improvement activities or processes in their respective markets * Oversees and manages the assigned Medical Directors as well as provides leadership and mentoring in the establishment of departmental objectives related to staffing plans, health care cost targets, risk adjustment and quality activities * Mentors all Medical Directors and help develop them as leaders within the market management team * Perform annual evaluations of assigned market Medical Directors and Associate Medical Director and other providers as directed * Participate in Committees as needed * Collaborates with Market Operations and Provider Relations staff in the market(s) * Assists in the identification of potential physician practice acquisitions and physician recruitment in their assigned market * Partnering with the Clinical Affordability team to support new innovative approaches to making healthcare more efficient and meaningful to PCPs and patients alike to ultimately bending the cost curve in their market * Developing, communicating, and cascading clinical outcome/improvement messaging to business units to foster tighter working culture in a learning environment * Helping set agendas/strategies and leading multifaceted care teams, as well as Physician Business Managers (PBM's), Risk Adjustment RNs, and Quality RNs * Assist driving aligned performance in largely an independently contracted provider network through the development of meaningful relationships, financial and quality incentives, best practices, and forward thinking solutions to improve our value proposition to the healthcare provider in the market * Assist in the identification and development of current/new best practices in support of continuous financial and quality improvement * Serve as an integral dyad partner interfacing with Corporate level support divisions, to include: Quality, Risk Adjustment, Cost and Care * Performs all other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: * Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) * Current board certification * Active, unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s), or ability to obtain licenses rapidly * Valid DEA license * 5 years of clinical experience, including 3 years of experience as a Medical Director Preferred Qualifications: * 3 years of managed care experience * 3 years of experience as a Medical Director * Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency Careers with WellMed.
