Job Description Job Description REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director for a fully remote role in Los Angeles, CA with up to 40-50% heavy travel required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for broker to broker sales for an HR Tech Company. Must be experienced with driving business development for selling benefits solutions for Lifestyle Spending Accounts, HSA, FSA, HRA and more Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B sales for an HR Tech Company.

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand broker base Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, ensuring their needs are met Prepare and present insurance benefits solutions to brokers Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, etc. Qualifications & Experience: Current property and casualty license Prefer 5 Years of experience in a Broker to Broker sales role Background in sales and negotiation with a strong knowledge of benefits solutions, insurance products for Lifestyle Spending Accounts, HSA, FSA, HRA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust This role is remote but requires 40-50% heavy regional travel around the Los Angeles metro area.
