Regional Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports to aid in the tracking of inventory through the pre- and post-sale process of a machine or attachment.

• Provides support and training to sales professionals within the assigned territory.

• Assists in preparation and assembly of bid proposals.

• Reviews buyers' orders and worksheets for completeness.

• Coordinates machine movements with sales professionals and transportation department.

• Coordinates machine get ready with BMC shops.

• Coordinates and assists with trade shows, exhibits, and customer events.

• Works within to promote vision, mission, and values of BMC.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills - both written and verbal are a must.

• Previous sales experience, training/or education preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential.

• Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Industry knowledge or experience preferred

• Must be proficient or become proficient in understanding manufacturers' price lists.

• Must meet company insurability standards for driving purposes.
