Regional Sales Consultant-New Mexico

The Regional Sales Manager in the New Mexico area will work in a fast-paced business environment that is extremely competitive and quota-driven, targeting medium-large sized companies. The Regional Sales Manager will hunt within their territory to generate net new business. Candidates must live in Miami to be considered.

This is a remote set up which requires someone who is self-driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated. You will be responsible for setting up your week to meet with C-Level executives and network to ultimately gain new business. There are weekly, monthly and yearly quotas to attain.

Our client is an International Financial Services firm that grew at a double digit rate last year. They are seeking Sales Professionals with 4+ years of successful experience selling Payroll, HCM, Insurance, BenAdmin. Telecom, Leasing, Financial Services, Document Management, Facility Service solutions to C-Level Executives.

They offer a base salary plus a residual payout commission structure. The average sales representative earned $178,000 in 2018 and top rep earned over $600,000!

Base Salary: $90,000- $120,000 + Commissions
