What will you do?

As the Regional Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and engaging our dedicated Ambassadors to prioritize safety in everything they do. You will be at the forefront of our corporate safety initiatives and programs, leading and supporting their implementation across our network.

Effective communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with internal and external leadership teams to advocate for safety and drive continuous improvement. Your voice will be heard, and your ideas will be valued as you create, participate in, and implement projects and improvements alongside fellow managers throughout the Ashley network.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in transportation safety & compliance

Class A CDL

Willing to travel up to 25%.
