Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met

  • Responsible for the direct supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff (LPN/LVN, RN), the Med Techs/CMAs (if required by State Regulations) and/or Lead Resident Care Associates

  • Manage the health care of residents, including the dissemination of information to families and associates and ensure that family members are aware of the resident's needs

  • Supervise the maintenance of resident charts and reviews documentation performed by care giving staff

  • Provide training, supervision, and monitoring of associates in the administration of medications as described/allowed in Nurse Practice Act, to include auditing of medication administration records

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure

  • Three years of relevant experience

  • Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment

  • Ability to assess a situation and start actions to ensure compliance, enhance quality of care and provide training

  • Must be willing to travel

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Position Summary The Regional Office Manager has responsibility for leading the provision and execution of CSRE services in the Salt Lake City Campus. The position will be based in our Salt Lake City office and will report into the Head of Americas Regional Office Management, located in Salt Lake City, UT. Principal Responsibilities * Build long-term meaningful client relationships with local senior management, divisional heads, business unit managers and administrators, as the primary CSRE contact for a regional office location * Act as a trusted advisor to local clients, aligning the demand for services, space and support with current CSRE business processes and strategies * Ensure adherence to firmwide policy, CSRE strategy and process, compliance requirements, regional/local statutes and approved procedures in managing a regional facility * Develop real estate space solutions for the changing needs of the businesses * Coordinate with Real Estate departments on operational aspects of moves, restacks and capital projects * Work with the facility management, hospitality and document management vendors to deliver the prescribed services as outlined in the contract, by effectively monitoring performance across a broad spectrum of functional responsibilities * Assist in developing the annual operating budget and monitor vendor spend throughout the year, as an active participant in the approval /change process * Drive client engagement issues to closure in a timely manner, as a problem-solver, reinforcing the value of service and commercial excellence * Develop and maintain close business relationships with key operating partners, such as Technology, Compliance, Office of Global Security and Human Capital Management. * During a business continuity event and recovery, act as a liaison between local senior management, CSRE teams, OGS and BCP/Crisis Management, and vendor partners * Foster strong relationships with relevant property management and ownership, as related to the management of the regional facility * Engage with local public officials and non-profit organizations to partner regarding shared environmental, social and governance initiatives Experience / Skills * Minimum two years' experience in a Corporate Services, Facilities Management, Property Management or Hospitality organization * Minimum two years' experience with demonstrated proficiency in Vendor Management ensuring exceptional service delivery in a demanding environment * Relevant four year college degree * Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen to develop solid and credible relationships with internal clients * Impeccable attention to detail while overseeing operational functions and capital projects. * Strong project management skills in cross functional environments with the ability to drive the desired outcome in a timely manner while maintaining a high quality standard. * Experience in developing and maintaining operating budgets * Ability to maintain challenging schedule, meet tight deadlines and multiple priorities * Demonstrated skills in negotiation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, problem solving, and execution * Experience in working in a matrix organization Goldman Sachs is leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high net-worth individuals.
