Position Purpose:

To manage the Banking Center Mangers at assigned offices and direct their daily activities to achieve the following objectives: serve the customers within our target market in an extraordinary manner so that our brand name and reputation continue to flourish; realize sales and service targets; invest time and money in our personnel so that they learn, grow and become better all around team members who enjoy working for our company.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

  • Directly manages the Banking Center Managers at assigned offices. Motivates them to ensure the office is providing high standards of customer service, functions at optimal efficiency, follows security procedures and complies with risk guidelines.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the Banking Center Manager regarding transaction processing, account servicing and account opening.

  • Participates in the development of deposit and retail growth goals of each assigned office. Reviews office goals and targets with Banking Center Managers on a weekly, monthly and per HPG Cycle basis to communicate progress to the goals.

  • Manages assigned Banking Center Managers to ensure their engagement and leadership at their office.

  • Meets a minimum of monthly with each Banking Center Manager, 1:1 Meetings, to emphasize objectives, goals, and branch operating status. Receives Banking Center Manager's input to improve office performance so that high quality information flows in both directions.

  • Oversees the delivery of quality customer service in the assigned offices through regular office visits. Leads and directs team members by example with excellent customer service skills and quality.

  • Oversees the direction of the office team(s) to assure effective utilization of personnel, timely and objective performance evaluations, equitable salary structure, and identifiable career paths for qualified and interested candidates.

  • Monitors the knowledge and skill levels of team members to identify development and training needs.

  • Participates and promotes community activities to enhance public awareness of the bank.

  • Complies with all bank and personnel policies and procedures including but not limited to policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act.

  • Complete periodic training provided and/or required by Colony including but not limited to BSA training within required time frames assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Three (3) or more years Bank experience

  • Financial lending experience preferred

  • Public communications experience

  • Relevant computer skills
