The Regional Registered Dietitian must have excellent communication skills that can help each food and nutrition team provide the best for our residents.

Knowledge in creating nutritional assessments and care planning of long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities. Work closely with each facility's Certified Dietary Manager to ensure food service systems are followed to provide delicious meals out of sparkling clean kitchens. Monitor quality and accuracy of meal service as well as resident meal acceptance.

Requirements: Registered and licensed dietitian in Texas Experience in long- term care and geriatric nutrition is preferred but not required.
