IBEX Global is seeking a focused and results-oriented Regional Recruiting Manager to join our team.

The Regional Recruitment Manager is responsible for local teams sourcing, screening, interviewing, and testing, qualified candidates and meeting headcount requirements for a variety of contact center programs for IBEX Global. The Regional Recruitment Manager works closely with various members of the IBEX Global Recruiting team throughout the U.S. and throughout the world. The Regional Recruitment Manager is responsible for development and implementation of recruitment strategies for the contact center and implements a variety of recruiting methods including advertising, community networking, and creative development of diverse recruiting sources. The Recruitment Manager also partners with local employment entities to facilitate large-scale recruitments.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and hiring objectives.

  • Leading local teams to perform targeted candidate searches; increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising and social networks.

  • Consult with leadership, operations and training teams to understand and carry out targeted recruiting campaigns.

  • Guide local teams strategies with reviewing and screening resumes.

  • Guide local team efforts with conducting phone screens and skills assessments.

  • Host on-site job fairs and informational sessions, direct local efforts on community efforts.

  • Responsible for filling a minimum number of new hires on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Report daily on the recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a Human Resource role preferred, including recruiting responsibilities, with 2 of those years in management.

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting Management.

  • Experience with CBAT/Greenhouse/ICIMS or similar applicant tracking system is desired.

  • Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices.

  • Must have well-developed applicant screening and behavioral interviewing skills, and be able to coach to them.

  • Ability to make sound screening and hiring decisions, independently, and instil those skills in others.

  • Comfortable speaking to large groups.

  • Professional communication style, presentation and solid business acumen.

  • Demonstrated organization skills. Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Computer and internet savvy; Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Skype.

Work and Schedule Requirements

The primary function of this position is to hire candidates for a variety of positions in a call center environment. This requires the regular use of a phone, computer, and a variety of office equipment. Events such as job fairs and informational sessions may require standing or sitting for long periods of time. While the schedule is generally Monday through Friday with hours sometime between 8:00 am 6:00 pm, candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required. Qualified candidates must also be able to travel frequently.
