Evaluates staffing needs and recruitment efforts with center personnel and helps create short/mid/long range strategic recruitment plans. ? Provides education to and assists HRMs on Indeed/Career Builder/Monster resume mining. ? Assists with advertising and recruitment events. ? Participates in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of new center personnel and assists in selecting new qualified candidates for related positions as directed. ? Provides training on and validates implementation of Advanced Kronos Scheduling Principles ? Provides training on and validates implementation of Standardized Daily Staffing Meeting components. ? Provides training on and validates implementation of policies and procedures of Staffing and Scheduling Manual. ? Engages in good faith efforts to expand outreach and recruitment of women, minorities, persons with disabilities and protected veterans. ? Develops and implements local recruiting campaigns with Human Resource designee.Persuades and motivates personnel to adopt recommendations by comparing center?s status to others, and by demonstration. ? Communicates with principle contacts as appropriate. ? Travels to job fairs, career days, and nursing schools to recruit nurses and others. ? Establishes affiliations with nursing schools in coordination with facilities. ? Performs other duties as assigned.
