On-site in San Antonio, TX WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Oversee the execution of public relations strategies to enhance awareness and manage reputation for various initiatives for multiple locations within your region. Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other materials to attract media attention and achieve communication objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders to ensure positive coverage.

Execute media outreach efforts, including pitching story ideas and handling interview requests. Organize and oversee press events and community outreach programs to ensure effective engagement. A BACKGROUND THAT FITS 3-5 years of public relations/media relations experience.

Strong media relations and crisis communication skills to navigate complex situations effectively. Proven experience in media pitching and relationship building to foster positive connections. Multi-location experience is strongly preferred.

Experience within tourism, entertainment, attraction, news, or similar industries. Strong writing skills with a portfolio and/or writing samples required.
